Depart Delhi by bus in the evening for Srinagar. Overnight on board.

SRINAGAR ARRIVAL, LOCAL SIGHTSEEING & HOUSEBOAT STAY — On arrival in Srinagar you are met and transferred to the houseboat. After rest and freshening up, visit the Mughal Gardens — Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashme-e-Shahi and Pari Mahal — followed by Shankaracharya Temple. Return to the houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.

SRINAGAR - SONAMARG (80 KM / 3-4 HRS) - SRINAGAR — After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Check in to your Srinagar hotel, then drive to Sonamarg, the Meadow of Gold. Take a pony ride (on your own) among the snow-covered peaks with the Sindh river running through the valley, or hire a local vehicle or pony to reach Thajiwas Glacier (on your own). Return to the Srinagar hotel in the late afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.

SRINAGAR - GULMARG (52 KM / 2 HRS) - SRINAGAR — After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg. Enjoy the meadows and a pony ride (on your own), and take the Gondola cable car (on your own) — Phase I from Gulmarg to Kongdoori and Phase II from Kongdoori to Affarwat. Visit the small Shiva Temple and the Gulmarg Golf Course, in existence for over a hundred years. Return to the Srinagar hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

SRINAGAR - PAHALGAM (92 KM / 3-4 HRS) — After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam. En route, pass the saffron fields, green pine forests and the Lidder River. On arrival, enjoy local sightseeing including Aru Valley, Chandanwari and Betaab Valley (all by local union cab, on your own). Return to the Srinagar hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

SRINAGAR DEPARTURE — After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the Srinagar bus stand or airport to begin the journey back to Delhi.
